Can you transport framed paintings and large canvases?
Yes — cars handle framed works up to approximately 100×80cm. Small vans handle larger framed paintings and multi-piece deliveries. Large vans handle oversized canvases and installation pieces. Please advise dimensions at booking so we dispatch the correct vehicle.
Do you collect from Christie’s, Sotheby’s, and Bonhams?
Yes — we collect from all major London auction houses including Christie’s (King Street, South Kensington), Sotheby’s (New Bond Street), Bonhams (Mayfair), and Phillips (Berkeley Square). Auction viewing day and sale day deliveries available — book early on busy sale days.
Can you cover Frieze and other London art fairs?
Yes — we handle logistics during Frieze London, Photo London, 1:54, and other art fairs. Gallery booth deliveries, private client collection, transport between fair and studio or collector. Book early during fair weeks — demand is high and advance booking gets priority dispatch.
How do you document condition for insurance purposes?
Every art delivery includes a timestamped photo at collection (showing the piece and packaging condition), GPS tracking throughout, and a timestamped photo at delivery with the recipient’s name. These are emailed automatically and can be used as condition reports for consignment records or transit insurance claims.
