From a frustrated London office to a national platform.
Insta Parcel was founded in 2019 by a team who’d spent years running operations and e-commerce for UK businesses. We were Insta Parcel’s first customer, in a sense — we needed couriers daily for documents, samples, and stock movements, and we kept hitting the same problems: phoning operators to get a quote, no real-time tracking, signed paper PODs, surprise invoices at month-end.
We figured the answer was already obvious — a courier you could quote, book, track, and prove delivery on, from a phone or a laptop, in under a minute. We built it. Then we partnered with the UK’s largest carrier networks (UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Parcelforce) plus our own same-day fleet, so a single Insta Parcel quote can route through whichever carrier makes most sense for that parcel.
Seven years later, we’re a London-headquartered courier platform with 3,500+ vetted drivers, 1,200+ recurring business customers, and same-day operations in every major UK city. Every line of code we ship is in service of one thing: making courier logistics feel like 2026, not 2005.
